On Jan 1, 2020, the Australian Government reduced the bulk billing incentive for GP consultations in Geelong by a whopping 33.7%. This unfortunately makes bulk billing unsustainable for a small family practice like ours, where we value the importance of spending time with our patients during consultations and procedures.

Additionally, we want to pay our staff a fair wage for the excellent work they do. Universal bulk billing makes this impossible.

To remain accessible to all our patients, we offer reduced fees to concession card holders. We will continue bulk billing children 12 years and under, and appointments for chronic disease management planning and health assessments.
